Our Story
Our Founder
Founded in 2017, ECD Ventures is the brainchild of Dibya Prakash, a technology consultant, mentor and strategist. With several years of experience as an enterprise consultant and technology head in the services and consulting sector, Dibya provides consulting services on technology, engineering and process requirements for various CMM5 and Fortune 100/500 companies across the globe. He has been using the collaborative implementation model, lean technologies and processes for enhanced technical and business process management. A proponent of open source technology, Dibya aids community projects and encourages organizations/businesses to adopt open source technologies for their product or service needs. His main areas of expertise include setting up CoE, building technology expertise, establishing technology-centric units/teams in line with lean models of automation and best practices.

Dhru Bhattacharjee
An expert administrator and operations specialist with nearly 30 years of experience in the government sector, Dhru Bhattacharjee is in charge of financial management and is part of the corporate affairs team at ECD. Dhru is passionate about working with diverse teams across different regions, cultures, ethnicities and domains. He is also on the board of various social organizations and NGOs working in the field of community services.
Siddharth Chakroborty
Siddharth is the founder and partner of Ranmark Engineering—an enterprise that is based on a networking business model where common synergies and skills of selected professionals are pooled together to form an association and conduct a specific business activity in the engineering and sales fields. Furthermore, Siddharth has more than 12 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry and has worked with big names such as Indian Railways, BPCL, PWD, etc.
Kundan Kumar
With more than 12 years of experience in reputable organizations such as NIIT and Shriram Values, Kundan directs the vendor management and relationship management initiatives of ECD Zone in India and Asia Pacific countries. He constantly motivates the client management team to increase productivity and provide excellent client services for various delivery channels of the company. Kundan has also played a key role in nurturing talent and has mentored several budding leaders, thereby contributing to the establishment of people development practices for internal and external client teams. He also excels in nurturing talent and has been a mentor of choice of many of budding leaders and contributed significantly to evolving the people development practices, for internal teams as well as for external client teams.
Rajat Gaur
With a keen eye for quality and productivity, Rajat handles the customer relations sector and is also an important part of the marketing analysis team at ECD. An astute relationship manager and team builder with a strong engineering and customer management background with more than 10 years of experience in customer management with leading brands in India, including Airtel, Tata Telelinks and Zephyr, Rajat excels in building strong business relations and attracting secure key players across various industries.
